By accessing and using the Cogniflow API and Developer Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Users must adhere to the rate limits defined by their subscription tier (Developer, Startup Pro, or Enterprise). Attempting to bypass rate limits or reverse-engineer our vector routing systems will result in immediate API key revocation without refund.
For customers on our Enterprise tier, specific SLA agreements, BAA (Business Associate Agreements) for HIPAA, and SOC2 Type II reports supersede the general terms outlined in this document. Please refer to your specific enterprise contract.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
